Shipping Policy

How we get your order to you.

We want your order to arrive quickly and without surprises. Please read the details below so you know exactly what to expect after you check out.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders are fulfilled by our third-party fulfillment partner. Processing does not occur on weekends or public holidays. During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer — we appreciate your patience.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery is 5–8 business days after your order has been processed and handed off to the carrier. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Use this number to monitor your shipment directly with the carrier.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost, is significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at bluecrestnorthllc@gmail.com. Include your order number and, for damaged items, a photo of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and make it right — either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund at our discretion.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Nuvrē is not liable for orders lost, delayed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, contact us at bluecrestnorthllc@gmail.com as soon as possible — we will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been submitted to our fulfillment partner.
